anatomy of a scientist
Oh, you're here?27/7/2022 Hi.
One day I thought it might be interesting for other people to see my organs neatly laid out and labelled (metaphorically of course, this is not THAT kind of blog, what were you thinking!?). So anyway, click on the navigation panel or the buttons above to look at some assemblages of words and letters which may or may not have meaning and/or relevance. The poems are loosely organized based on subject matter. "Environs" is a collection of poems related to places/events/people around me. Duh. "Escape" is again, pretty obviously, about escapism and/or the constraints we are under. "Hope" is where the romance poems start (sorry not sorry). "Aftermath" is where the romance poems end (considerably more sorry). "Meaning" has rather random poems philosophising (read bullshitting) about stuff. "Departures" contains poems written to commemorate colleagues leaving the lab. "Synthesis" attempts to reconstruct me, myself, and I, from the bits and pieces.

Author - The SpecimenI'm the one being dissected. By me. So would that make it an auto-autopsy? Sounds silly... |
